This site has no accounts, sign-up forms, or comment forms. You do not need to give us any personal information to read it.
Email you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it to reply to you and do not add you to a mailing list.
Server logs. Like most websites, our web server automatically records technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time. We use these records to run the site, diagnose problems, and protect it from abuse.
Security records. When a request is for a page that does not exist, or appears to probe the site for security weaknesses, we also record the approximate country and network name associated with the IP address. We use these records to detect attacks and to block addresses that send malicious traffic.
Advertising
We show ads provided by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.

Fonts
Our pages use the Inter typeface delivered by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. Google’s handling of that information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Cookies
The site itself does not set cookies to identify or track you. Cookies you may receive while visiting come from Google’s advertising service described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; ads may still appear but will be less relevant to you.
Our site does not change how it works in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
How information is shared
We do not sell or rent personal information you send us. Information is shared only as described in this policy: with Google, through the advertising and font services above, and with the company that hosts our website, or when required by law.
Children
This site is written for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Links to other websites
Our articles link to other websites, such as government resources. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.
